This course provides practical techniques to help project teams settle into productive operation. Practical lessons in workplace communications, preferences, influencing techniques, motivational techniques are explored and applied to the team. Teams will have the opportunity to develop their own mission statements, values, roles and responsibilities and operating guidelines during the class exercises
